Following the annual meeting of All Saints Bell ringers recently, we can announce that Peter Baker has stepped back from the role of Bell Tower Captain, for health reasons. Peter has served as Tower Captain for many years (more than he can remember). He will continue as a ringer as and when he can. We thank Peter very much for his many years of service as Tower Captain at All Saints’, and wish him well for the future.
The new Tower Captain for Westbury is Chris Jenkins, another long-standing ringer.
The secretary for the ringers, Sara Honor has stepped back from the role, and Bill Clark has taken on this role.
Peter has also relinquished the role of treasurer, so Clive has taken on this role.
We are very grateful to all the ringers for their ringing in our church tower, and would like to offer our support for all those taking on new roles.
