The Parish of Westbury will be holding its Annual Parochial Church Meeting on Sunday 5 May at All Saints’ Church Westbury
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting in Westbury will take place on Sunday 5 May at 10.30 am at All Saints, following a shortened 9.30 am service.
Electoral Roll
This meeting is for all members who attend the services run by All Saints’ and Holy Saviour including Cafe Church and First Steps to Worship. If you are on the electoral roll then you will be able to vote.
Forms for the electoral roll are available in church, can be downloaded below or please ask Debbie McEntee, PCC Secretary. The electoral roll is the list of all our church members. We would like you to sign up if you haven’t already, so that we can be in touch with you about church news and updates.

Annual Parochial Church Meeting
There are two parts to this meeting.
The Meeting of the Parishioners
Firstly the Meeting of Parishioners. This meeting can be attended by anyone living in Westbury and its sole purpose is to elect the Churchwarden. Forms are available if you would like to do be considered for this which must be supported by two members of the parish.
Annual Parochial Church Meeting
At the annual meeting, we shall be reviewing our annual report and accounts, and hearing about some of the important ministry and mission which goes on in our parish during the year. There will be some special presentations too, including an update on the parish hall, and a look at our newly revised vision and Mission Action Plan.

We hope you will come and show your interest and support for all that is going on in our church week by week. At this meeting we shall be electing members of our Parochial Church Council and Deanery Synod. If you are interested in serving as either churchwarden or on our PCC or Deanery Synod, please have a word with either Ruth Hann, Churchwarden, Debbie McEntee, PCC Secretary or Revd Rebecca Harris as soon as you can.
